Dear !*FIRSTNAME*!,
Greetings,
I have to say I was gladly surprised by the support and interest so many of you had in the Canning Stock Route issue. It is important for all to understand the process this is going through; the Aboriginal committee has every intention to look at all options available. The closure of sites such as the Calvert Range is due to a need of careful consideration. They must ensure the preservation of important sacred sites and determine the best possible way to prevent further damage. So patience is required!
We do everything we can to support and help the process and have the intention of finding a good solution so all can enjoy the CSR!
Keep reading, we’ll keep you informed.
Next on the agenda are the booking for the CSR, the season is about to start and only a few spot are left available; one client on the July private trip is happy to travel with a second passenger, this is a great opportunity for you as this reduces the cost. The tour remains in a single vehicle and still feels very personal!
Until next time,
Eric Chantelat, managing director.

Fuel pump:
When we need to refuel in the middle of the desert from a 44Gl drum, we use this heavy duty manual pump from Coventrys (http://www.coventrys.com.au). It is fast, reliable and does not use electricity. It is easy to maintain as you can pull it apart. Make sure it is always clean and no sand or dirt is left in the system. We also used a heavy duty hose. You will need a special hose for petrol as it is a lot more corrosive.

CSR "HAVE YOUR SAY"!
Progress will be slow. The final outcome will be decided when the study is completed, in about three years. A map has been made available for you to see the extent of the Martu native title area. In the mean time, please keep sending us your comments as they very valuable to support our proposal.
Remember, the Canning Stock Route remains a public track and does not required a permit. Only the sites listed here, will require authorization for a visit. Nothing is final yet, even for the permit. A official press release will be posted as soon as possible.
